My Fitness Pals

Fitness pals are usually my own group fitness students and co instructors from which i delevelop a special connection with them. I felt the loyalty and real care from them too. Some of them not here in the list and yet they are still a special part of me, that they only knew...

Amani in my left and Candy in orange is my fellow Yoga Trainee under Danurasana..Very friendly, quite, reserve type..We are both in bloggers and friendster..



Ricky in long sleeve black, Filipino now in Bharain. Ex co instructor, very kind person fun to be with. We keep in touch in friendster..



Jerry school teacher, in white, is been with me for 4years, now she live in Austrilia with her family..Very nice to chat with..



Dk. Maryani in my right, my very regular aerobic student. We chat a lot too..


Maeve in gray and Kathy in red is my two Europian Yoga Student.. They both teacher in Brunie school. They have been with me for a year..They become friend in the long run and so comfortable with each other..


Standing behind is Ate Jo Filipina,my first closest client in Brunei, not active anymore but still keep in touch. Behind me is Aisha first co instructor in Brunei, we separate ways too yet still friends..


Dk. Norshia in Red center. She's with me for ages..She's like my auntie in Brunei..But i still have keep my self behave with her hehe..



From my right,standing is Hjh Siti Zainidah and Siti Zafira the mother and daughter, they are my other malay Filipina aerobic clients. Sitting is Alida, Rahema and Sharina, malays. They are fun easy to talk to..


Ate Becca in pink. She's one of my closest follower, who just loves to invite me for food and a bit of chat..



My oldest fitness partners in Philippines, i lost contact with some of them now. Really enjoy with them. Miss it!

The Beaver Group

This is the most common faces in Beaver. I called them Beaver because majority of them usually work and used to work in Beaver company...Its an industrial company, some of them are engineers, marketing staff, accountant, driver, and construction workers..This is the Pilipino "WARAK"(Wildest and naughtiest) walang pikunan group..With them i can shout and be rude, and yet they don't actually care, i think because almost all of them are guys, which i felt spoiled,special,and sure enough that they won't feel bad on my doings. Everything in the group is purely and mostly for fun fun and nothing else but fun.. We don't actually bring any topics about serious problems in life and no secret confessions..We just eat,drink,dance,sing, tease each other and laugh...

Sitting behind me is Cocoy..Ang pinaka alaskador, kita mo? mukha palang ehh..


Introducing Ate Che on the left (ang naiiba very wholesome yan) wife of naughty Orlan. Ann in the center, she's the newest member of the group..She passed the quality dahil shes super alaskadora din..(Puro mga accountant yan)

From left is cha cha and monet in black..Monet is one of the oldest member who come and go in the parties, very bz girl.Cha cha is her buddy too and the new hot babe..

That's Glen Calma the tallest ang pinaka maldito sa grupo..Hate him..pero takot sa akin yan..Yung naka itim si Richard ang may pinaka magandang sasakyan big time hehehe...

Thats Botchoy, asawa ni Ate Amy, mukha palang ehh grabe mang asar yan, pero Engineer yan..

Yung naka sombrero in brown shirt si guapitong Orlan,pinaka cool takot palagi sa Misis hehehe...alaskador din. Yung inakbayan nya si Omboy ang mahilig matulog sa sahig pagnalasing..



Si Tonek wala na sa Brunei yan, twice na yan nag for good hehe..Pinak ka Joker sa lahat lahat..sana babalik ka nek..


Jenny and Daniel family, tahimik lang yan, on and off visitors...pero di pikon yung mga yun..

Si pareng Zaldy. Ang expert sa ibat ibang nakkatawang Phil. lengwahe..Frrigeder sa Lameg daw ang aircon..hahaha..


Si Jun nasa Dubai na yan. Hayop sumayaw at Scientist sa Grupo..




Walang ibang naka stripe dyan na puti, si Ramon ang nag da diet sa grupo dahil na high blood hehehe..



Si mel naka pink, hayop kumanta, japayuki nung 1950's.


Si mareng helen, sobrang seryuso,pero di ka aatrasan nyan..

Si June in Yellow shirt, pa simple lang, pitong pusa inaalagaan nyan..

Some of them not in the list takot sa Camera hehehe..I feel blessed to have them too, they color me rainbow....
