Meet New Friends On Chinese New Year

After being lousy for the past two months, with no so much hi impact
classes, and due to my short break of not doing my aerobic classes, i
put on 3kilos. Now i realised how fast things happen,of being a fitness
instructor and you just suddenly stopped. Its terrible..I used to be
42kg and Im happy for that, last year i become 45kg, just ok but
worried, now Im 48 kg, with 30.8 fat percent. Everybody's asking "Are
you pregnant? oh how, i wish my dears.. It did feel me more frustrated.
2weeks now Im trying to run at least 45mins in the treadmill if i don't
have class. My bf start asking " are you really an earobic instrcutor?
It get worst.. So i plan this time to control everything i like, no
more ice cream, no red meat, or anything white stuff..But how can i
resist with these fellas:

They said its CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!hahaha, how to start my diet? and
beside its for free again. Thats one thing great in Brunei you can eat
all delicous food usually for free.Rich people loves to invite
foreigners like us..and take note, this time, with lots and lots of
expensive wine,liqour and beeerrrrrrrr...

This is Mariah our host in the 1st open house. I just meet her in the
nearby botique in Kiulap area. So when you are looking for a sexy,
unique outfit specially for ballroom dancing and super fashionable
shoes, then go for her..

and her lovely and very smiling daughter..Chinese look talga ang breeding..

Our
second host for the open house is Rowela (Center in red)She's Mariah's
friend, i met her at the open house too..
Both of them are married with Chinese Brunians with boths two kids and
from Visayan region too in Phils. So we speak the same language.
Well,as the saying goes, "first empression is usually always lasting".
i found both of them really down to earth person. They are one of those
Filipina who get married to Brunian who stays lo profile, never boast
and never look down to OFW's..They act normally inspite of their high
standard of living..
I thanked you both mga "Indays" for inviting me to your houses and for
the ampao(Tama ba yun?hehe), thats really a lot to me...God bless you
and all your families..
GONG XI FA CAI!!!!!!!
